To Twitter’s delight, the Foo Fighters founder and frontman was noticed volunteering for the Hope Mission in Los Angeles, working a full 16-hour shift.
Journalist Liz Seccuro shared the images of the rocker, writing, “So, with out telling anybody, Dave Grohl introduced his big smoker and cooked/fed barbecue and sides for 500 of us at Hope Mission in L.A through the storms.
“Paid for all of it. Labored 16 hours. So, when the aliens get right here and ask “who’s in cost?”, I feel we take them to Dave Grohl.”
Seccuro’s tweet has 96,000 likes and been re-tweeted over 10,500.
