2023 was my first Holi celebration at Suryagarh. Personally, I’m not a fan of the best way the competition is widely known by most individuals. The sundown was completely spectacular. I couldn’t get sufficient of the sky and the bushes AND the horses because the night continued. Finally, the winds picked up and there was desert sand blowing within the wind and the Saxophonist continued to play and it was MAGICAL. Lastly, we packed up and began to drive again to the resort and by the point we bought to the resort, it began to rain!
It has NEVER rained in March, on Holi, in Jaisalmer – at the very least not on the resort so far as I’ve surmised, after asking a few of the veterans who’ve been with the resort since its inception. It was one thing else. A night, that I’m not going to overlook anytime quickly.
